Sword Swallowing

God has given much power to human beings to exhibit their abilities and win accolades. The life of various eminent personalities showed their ability to excellence by hardwork and determination. One can certainly do the act without fear if practice is there. The acts may be of thing like daring also. A fine example of the same can be got from the Dutch sword Swallower, Mirin Dajo, which means `Wonderful one’ in Esperanto was no ordinary magician. He would finish his act by thrusting a sword right through his body, causing many in the audience to faint. Sometimes the sword

penetrated him from back to front. Sometimes from side to side. After pushing the sword in, Dajo would walk into the audience so everyone could see there was no mockery involved and that the sword had really penetrated through the body. There were people who doubted the authenticity of the act. They felt Dajo used some sort of

trick sword that merely appeared to penetrate the body but in fact, didn’t. He finally appeared before a committee of doctors and was X-rayed while the sword was in him. The X-ray clearly showed that the sword was no fake and had indeed passed through the body.
Dajo claimed to have superhuman powers acquired through the practice of yoga and said he was giving the demonstrations only to gain publicity for his true mission. The founding of a world brotherhood of peace. His powers failed him one fateful day in May 1948 when he was practicing a new trick in sword swallowing. He accidentially cut his throat –from the inside – and bled to death. Practicing such kind of act should never be entertained by anybody under expert guidance also because of death probability of more. Hence try to avoid such kind of act which are very dangerous to our life.

Pen is mightier than sword. It has always been and will be. Creative thoughts can be developed and circulated among the public to overall growth and development. Writing is the only way through which one can do the same. I have a deep inclination towards writing.
